We had the party package for 10 x 11 year old boys yesterday. We were very well looked after by 2 wondeful staff members who sorted out the children with kit, drinks, food and lollies. A great place to go, i definitely recommend.

It's fine but you don't get much for the family beach ticket price- it's literally just access to the beach - you have to pay extra for sunloungers etc. Feels like a bit of a rip off. Nice but small section for swimming by the family beach area but you have to wear a buoyancy aid even if you're an adult and confident. They don't allow picnics at all but food is super expensive at the venue. Maybe worth it if you have small kids and want the reassurance of a lifeguard?

Lake swimming is pretty awesome, and this place does it well. They've stayed open all through the winter. Now it's the summer and the water is lovely
