Cannot recommend this agency enough for a student property! Emailed our landlord a really minor problem on a Sunday evening and he had a solution for us by the end of the day - no such thing as office hours; these are people who really care about their tenants. Entire moving-in process and adjusting as new renters was made so easy by the whole team here, and the property itself is in fantastic condition with no complaints that we haven’t had fixed with similar efficiency.

Went with Cavendish for my third year of uni after hearing good things from friends who rented a house with them previously. Have been renting a property from them for a year now and they are the best landlords I've had since being at the University. The viewings of the houses and the process of becoming one of their tenants was an easy and comfortable experience. Any maintenance issues my housemates and I have had, have been solved the same day (even on a Sunday once). Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property, especially students!
