Took 6 months to get a refund, used every trick in the book not to give me my refund. I had to go to my credit card company and raise a complaint to trading standards…. Jokers

We booked for 7 of us over the weekend for an 40th birthday party and no one turned up. Spoil the day. Have rung over 50 times and no one has answered the phone or replied to my emails. What has happened, I don’t understand. I hope I get my money back, but looks like I wont. Why

They have used ever lie under the sun to avoid paying back the money…. Lies lies and more lies, everything they say is BULLS**T using some of the sickest lies ever. It’s not your money pay me back and pay back the other you still owe.

The tour guides Travis and Andy were so friendly and supportive, a genuinely lovely experience, particularly accessible to beginners. We paddled to the base of Carrick-a-rede rope bridge but didn't go under because of the weather. Hugging the coast, we saw the local birds, past sheep island and visited some caves along the way. The guides were knowledgeable about the geography and history of the area. It's incredible that you can do this level of trip with simple sit-on-top kayaks, credit to the guides and the protection of the geography there. We had some big swells but the wind was gentle and the rain held off, felt very safe at all times - which isn't easy on these rugged coasts! The only downside was that some of the kit was damaged and outdated. My paddle grip was so scratched up that it tore my hands to shreds over the two hour paddle. One of the other paddlers' seat was broken, they didn't check this before launching and they didn't bring him a replacement boat when it was reported, but instead one of the guides stayed with him as he struggled back, which is the least you can expect really. He ended up arriving almost half an hour later than the rest of the group. One of our guide's boats sprung a leak on the trip after they made a big thing about the boats being indestructible at the start! They muscled through it but I think the team should keep a closer eye on quality of their kit and keep it better maintained.
