Communication could definitely be improved. I had to chase for any updates and it was quite a stressful experience from start to finish. There were quite a few things that went wrong along the way, which weren't the teams' fault, but I ended up having to do a lot of the chasing to find out why stuff wasn't happening. It was quite difficult to get hold of somebody other than the receptionist on the phone. I've just received my Land Registry documents despite closing 6 months ago and the date on them suggests that they were sent to H&G in July (I also had to chase to get these).
