I visited this shop for the first time this morning. I enjoy charity shop meandering and have seen many in all different states. I must say that the Southend store is the best charity shop overall I have ever visited. It is immaculately clean, tidy and everything was in order clothes-size wise. There was nothing on the floor and shelves were organised, not random. The staff were friendly; in particular, the nurse (sorry, I have forgotten her name) as we chatted about my cats and I showed her endless pictures. A great experience. Thank you. (And thank you for my cats, too!)
