We also make sure that they receive proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process involves several steps to ensure that the pets are matched with the right owners. It begins with filling out an adoption application and meeting with one of our adoption counselors who will discuss your lifestyle and preferences. Then, we arrange a meeting between you and the pet to see if you are a good match. If everything goes well, we will finalize the adoption process and provide you with all the necessary information and resources.

What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?

We provide a range of support and resources to new pet owners, including advice on nutrition, behavior, training, and medical care. We also offer training classes, socialization events, and a free health check-up within the first few weeks of adoption. Our goal is to make sure that you have all the resources you need to provide the best care for your new pet.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes adoption doesn't work out, and we have a policy in place to ensure that adopted pets are returned safely and with minimal disruption. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to return your pet, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Our main priority is the safety and well-being of the pets in our care.

Called in with my brother in law to look at adopting a cat for him. All staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when we asked questions. We purchased excellent condition second hand necessities for our chosen cat at a fraction of the cost of new. Would highly recommend if you're looking to adopt a cat 🐈

Required trap for a feral cat in my garden £50 deposit if trap not returned. Bank details were given. Staff very friendly and demonstrated how to use. Was given brief advice how to obtain neutering Voucher which was a long winded waiting for 2/3 days for an email response. Voucher has still not arrived 😕 It would help if they had a specific Vet that accepts Neutering Voucher for my Borough. I've had to get advice of a different Borough and what they will do to help this cat. The vet i contacted wouldnt see the cat due to it being Feral/stray but was willing to charge £58 consultation fee without meds. This should be covered by the voucher amongst other things eg test for FIV, eartip, worming, flea course and neuter. Overall experience not good. The help is out there but it's like pulling teeth.
