FAQ
How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?
We have a team of trained volunteers and staff who provide daily care and medical attention to all the pets in our adoption program. We also require all potential adopters to fill out an application and undergo a screening process to ensure they can provide a safe and loving home for the pet. Additionally, we provide necessary vaccinations and medical care to all pets before they are adopted. What is the adoption process?
Our adoption process begins with an application and screening process to ensure that the potential adopter can provide a safe and loving home for the pet. Once approved, we work with the adopter to find the best match for their lifestyle and needs. We also provide necessary vaccinations and medical care before the pet is adopted. Adoption fees vary depending on the pet and their needs. What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?
We provide a variety of resources and support for new pet owners, including educational materials on pet care, training tips, and access to our team of volunteers and staff for any questions or concerns. We also offer post-adoption check-ins to ensure that the pet and owner are adjusting well to their new home. Additionally, we have partnerships with local trainers and veterinarians for any additional support needed. What is your policy on returning adopted pets?
If for any reason the adopter can no longer care for the pet, we have a policy in place for returning adopted pets. We ask that the adopter contacts us as soon as possible to discuss the situation and arrange for the return of the pet. We also ask that the pet is returned to us in good health and with all necessary paperwork. Can you provide references or testimonials from satisfied adopters?
Yes, we have a number of satisfied adopters who have provided testimonials about their experience with our adoption program. These can be found on our website or by contacting us directly. We are proud of our high adoption success rate and the happy homes we have helped create for our pets.Reviews

Amazing experience! I volunteered there for a couple weeks and the boss (Debbie) was exceptional & makes you feel so welcome & comfortable in what you are doing. I loved working in there as I got on really well with the team and had a nice time, which is something i don’t get often at workplaces. But it is a really good place to volunteer and work alongside Debbie who is extremely helpful and a fantastic boss in charity work x
