Terrible service, took a substantial donation of cat food 3 times and it was always closed for no apparent reason. In the end phoned around 2pm and was told they'd be open until 4pm. Got there at 3.02 and it was closed AGAIN with a sign on the door saying they'd be shut between 3.00 and 3.15. No mention of that when I called an hour earlier. Came back and they were open and accepted the cat food, some of which was high end, in a thoroughly charmless manner. Not even an attempt at "Thank you". I know they're volunteers but if they can't do a proper job they shouldn't bother.

Not as good as it used to be! No clear pricing system, Pep&Co blouse for £6 next to a primark £2.50. Plastic Boxes of books all over the shop, windows look drab and just chucked together. It used to have a lovely little boutique feel with clear and fair prices, and great window displays, now it is reminiscent of the old jumble sale shops. Very sad to see
