FAQ

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process includes filling out an application and having a home visit. Once approved, you can choose a cat and pay an adoption fee. We also provide guidance on how to introduce your new cat to your home and existing pets.

What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?

We provide information on cat care, behavior, and health. We also offer post-adoption support and advice on any issues that may arise. Additionally, we have a retail area where you can purchase supplies for your new pet.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

If you are unable to keep your adopted cat, we ask that you return them to us. We will take them back and find them a new home. However, we do not offer refunds on adoption fees.

How many people can your shelters accommodate?

Our shelter can accommodate up to 24 cats at a time. However, we also have foster homes available for cats that need extra care or socialization.

How long can individuals stay in your shelters?

There is no set limit on how long a cat can stay in our shelter. We work hard to find every cat a loving home as quickly as possible, but some cats may require more time or special attention before they are ready for adoption.

Not very forthcoming in the temperament of the cat. Make you feel guilty when the cat has to be returned as you don't want to stress them further and then put the cat back up for adoption either false information about. It is misleading people to take a cat on, when you don't give the full facts, hence why they have to be returned to your care. To then put them back online with inaccurate information about their temperament is unfair to new potential adopters. Why ask for feedback on how the cat is in a home environment if you are then not going to use that to help rehome the cat appropriately

Very helpful staff. Made visiting and rescuing an easy process. Website is updated daily. They refused to let us have a particular cat as we own a dog, but suggested another cat that has fit in beautifully, so they know and understand their cats. Had her two weeks now and its going really well.
