FAQ

What types of animals do you rescue and care for?

We primarily rescue and care for cats, including kittens and senior cats. However, we also take in other small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.

How do you prioritize rescue cases?

We prioritize rescue cases based on the urgency of the situation. For example, we will prioritize cases where an animal is injured or in danger over cases where an animal simply needs a new home.

What is your adoption process for animals in your care?

Our adoption process involves an initial application, a home visit, and then a meeting between the potential adopter and the animal. We also provide ongoing support and advice after the adoption to ensure a successful transition for both the adopter and the animal.

Do you offer any education or outreach programs for the community?

Yes, we offer a variety of education and outreach programs for the community, including school visits, talks and presentations, and volunteer opportunities. We believe that educating the public about responsible pet ownership is an important part of our mission.

I got my Leelah a few weeks ago, she is a 3 year old adorable cat and we have bonded extremely well :). I wanted to say a big thank you to CP Harrow for making the process smooth and stress free as it could be. Leelah initially found it hard to adjust to my schedule and was up meowing most of the night. CP staff gave me some sound advice which I’ve followed and we are now synced well. I love her 😍

I found kittens born in garden and needed help what to do. This charity never answers calls and when they do I had a rude woman on call say they may euthanise the cats and kitten litter after doing blood test. I could not allow this risk so raised and bottle fed them myself for few months, then kept two kittens and others were rehomed via Battersea Dogs & Cats home who were great. Please don’t euthanise and instead use them to control rats and mice population areas.
