Pat has been a absolute lifesaver this summer, our normal cattery cancelled at short notice and Pat was there to save the day! Catnaps was highly recommended to us on a Worcester Facebook page and we called to ask if she could fit in our 6 (crazy) cats at such short notice. Pat did some moving around and luckily could fit our boys in. When we arrived we talked her through each of them and the food they eat etc. I’ve always been worried about leaving my boys as 4 of them are rescues and get very anxious when away from home, often returning home with soggy beds and a little skinny. However we were AMAZED when we went to pick up our angels and were so happy with how well cared for they were, they all looked so happy and refreshed. We will be recommending to all our friends and using again, thanks so much to Pat for taking such good care of our boys! :)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Pat and the team at Catnaps have looked after my cat 3 times and I'd never go anywhere else. The facilities are excellent and the added personal touches, like saying goodnight to each cat individually and spending time playing with them in the day, are just heartwarming. I know my boy is in very safe hands.

Pat and the staff are very welcoming, putting us at ease leaving our cat with them, he is always calm and relaxed when he stays there and when we collect him. He is so looked after and cared for it makes it easier to leave him with them.

It was My cats 1st time in a cattery. So I was a little worried how he would like it Pat reassured me he would be ok. And sure enough he was. When I went to pick him up. There he was just looking so chilled out. I would definitely recommend Catnapa Cattery and Pat.

I highly recommend catnaps cattery - have been boarding my cats (who can get very stressed) for over 7 years now and they are always very happy and relaxed when they return home, Very professional and friendly service - the very best cattery I have ever used- and I have been a cat owner (who enjoys her holidays) for over 40 years. The pens are of a very good size and design and kept immaculately clean and Pat, the owner is totally hands on, knows everything there is to know about cats and creates a very relaxed and caring environment for them. They are very pampered and their every need is met - including medicinal if necessary. My cats clearly love her, Pat is very experienced and I am 100% confident is that she will exercise good Professional judgement during a cats stay - I would be very confident to leave an older cat with her , COVID guidelines all followed
