Beware of catalyst products, they last between 1 to 2 years. The warranty is 1 year, I will explain how did I get to this conclusion. In December 2 years ago, I have purchased a catalyst and used my car less, or not at all, because of the pandemic. After 9 month I went to MOT which passed without any issues (CAT was almost like new). Now, after 1y and 9 month, it is failing MOT and when reached to the seller he said first that it is because I did not use it enough, after that the the engine might misfiring, whatever I ask it is my car's fault, not the poor quality of the catalyst. Just to emphasise that the previous catalyst (which was stolen) worked fine for 11 years with the car being used less, more, misfiring engine (which I did not have). So, you draw the conclusion if you want to buy catalysts from this company. The rest of the parts purchased were/are fine and working without any issues and Mike replied to all of my messages without any delay.

I have never been treated as poorly in all my years in business. My mechanic told me catman had sent the wrong DPF and all I got was abuse from Mike and he then continued to refuse to refund me... after numerous emails and phone calls we got refunded less 10% This is a very small operation and clearly they don’t have the aftersales back up... I certainly would not be recommending them
