Catherine takes great care to create a peaceful ambience with quiet music, aromatherapy scents, soft lighting, cosy blankets and heated wheat bag, towels and neck rest. A perfect experience from start to finish. I walk out on a cloud of calm with a spring in my step ready to face the world again. Simply the best!

I’ve had about 5 sessions with Catherine and even bought my friend a session for his birthday present. The most recent session was this evening and was absolutely sublime. I felt like I was in a dreamland throughout. The reflexology sessions are without a doubt some of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. Catherine’s set up is lovely, the ambience, music and warmth is spot on. I can’t recommend her enough! If I could pay for a full day I definitely would! Thanks so much :)

I could not recommend Yorkshire reflexology more. I have been going for a few months now and am so pleased that I found Catherine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and has managed to keep the sessions Covid safe whilst still ensuring the experience an absolute joy. I have never felt more relaxed and look forward to every appointment. I particularly love the small touches such as the beautiful smell and heated neck pillow.
