The doctors are very kind and professional, the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and friendly, trying to book an appointment or make contact with the surgery has been challenging to say the least, a nightmare in-fact. . The person that made my appointment, made it, with a huge sigh, but very thankful to have been called back with the new system in place, after numerous attempts over a couple of days.

Getting an appointment is near on impossible. The Clinicians are very attentive & as helpful as they can be if & when you can get an appointment to see one. Their booking & appointment system is an absolute joke. For months even years there has been promises of improvements but as a patient for over 7 years there doesn’t seem to be any kind of improvement. I feel I have no other option than to look for another Doctors surgery.

A fantastic doctor's surgery. Moved here after medical negligence from another practise in the area which almost went to court, and I can't fault the staff. Very helpful receptionists both in person and over the phone, it's not their fault they are understaffed and the demand is high! The medical team are great as well - was blue-lighted to hospital for my asthma and they've made sure I've had appointments to check my asthma isn't becoming life-threatening again and they have finally started investigating potential ME which was ignored by three other GPs at different surgeries. The lovely nurse who did my blood test was kind and funny but professional, I hate blood tests and though it wasn't painless, she did her very best to distract me and was one of the quickest and easiest I've ever had. Dr Waight has been excellent every time and really puts me at ease and makes sure that we are getting answers to health issues that have plagued me for over three years. A lovely practise.

Moved house from Wittering’s to Chichester and as a result had to move doctors surgery. My partner was on palliative care at home and needed a doctor the same day as our registration, which we got and the surgery couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you all.

Called for a friend, 7th in line. One and a half hours later finally got through, totally unacceptable, shameful way to treat your patients. Rang my surgery this morning 3rd in line, 5 minutes later I was through. What on earth could be so difficult?

Waited on the phone for 2 hours in total and still not been spoken too - for context I’ve been 3rd in the queue for 45 mins

Absolute joke, do not use. 90 minutes on hold to be told no appointments available, why were we on hold with 27 other people to begin with????

I have been with this practice since 2018 when I moved back to the area. I have had two children since and they have been absolutely amazing for my whole family. Every time I call I have received an appointment whether by phone or in person. They have recently changed to a system where you can hold your place in the queue when you call and don’t have to wait on the phone. We are a healthy family and don’t have ongoing concerns but when we need help they are always great. Also for repeat prescriptions the pharmacy are wonderful and all the people I have met are really friendly and make you feel very cared for. This is a well managed practice with great staff.
