I was disgusted by my experience at this synagogue. I was stopped from entering by their dodgy private police, and asked if l knew anyone there, to which l replied 'The rabbi,' who l have chatted to at public police meetings in Bromley. He was summoned out and said he didn't know me. To me, a place of worship, and a sect which vets those entering in this way has something to hide. The dodgy 'policeman' concluded that, had someone 'vouched for me,' there, l could have entered - implying judgmental prejudice and suspicion towards any unfamiliar visitor, potentially. So - what have they got to hide? Support for the questionable settlement process in lsrael, perhaps - the neighbouring synagogue in Bromley, which l have entered, and where someone has vouched for me in the past, is secretive about its support for settlement - the reason l stopped going. There is something going on here which needs investigating - if mosques can be condemned as 'radicalising' (= criminalising) members of their congregations, synagogues should not be considered above suspicion, as they appear to be at the time of writing.

Very welcoming and friendly worshippers. Even though I was not Jewish they did try to explain what was happening and guide me along so I was not in the dark.
