Edited after company response: So the company suggests we were responsible for all the issues we've experience and they've been perfect. if what they're responding with is clearly set out on the website then we would not have had any issues. FYI we have sourced coffee sleeves from somewhere else that do fit the double walled cups and yours are marketed at 12-16oz, yet don't fit a 12oz double walled cup. FYI, we're not ignorant, we use the sleeves for branding as we stamp our logo on them.. You say your return policy is to protect your customers by maintaining hygiene, but you could have at least made an effort to remedy the situation e.g. by directly me to a suitable item and offering a discount (not the 10% discount offered only after posting my review). To me it seems you're just protecting your profits and do not prioritise customer service, which is fine, if that business model works for you. But it just doesn't work for us. FYI, I've had no issues returning items I've bought through sellers on Amazon. Original review: Their products are hit and miss and their return policy is ridiculous. We've had issues with coffee cup lids or sleeves not fitting their cups and leaky (apparently leak proof) deli pots. They ask for proof of your complaints yet they don't accept a return if the box is open. How can I check if the contents are any good?!
