I placed a fairly large order but one of the items I ordered (of which I had ordered a quantity of 3) was a completely different brand to the photo on the website. The quality was terrible and product unusable. When I emailed them about this, they changed the photos on their website and said they would arrange collection of the unopened products only. This seemed unfair - the mistake was theirs, they provided the wrong photos! I requested that they consider refunding the delivery charge I had paid as well, so I may source the correct product elsewhere. They did not respond to my second email. The honest review I wrote for the product (which explained all the problems with it and how it was unusable) was not posted on the product page!!! Should I be surprised? Terrible customer service! Would not recommend this company at all.
