I just brought a washing washing 3 weeks ago. Payed a plumber to do the piping work. I plugged it in and the machine doesn't take hot water. Now they are avoiding to replace it. Also they provided me a number that doesn't exist to call. I have no help at all.

Terrible company be careful with their delivery policy. I have ordered 5 set of sink tap with lots of other items and one of tap lever is got whole and leaking. I have inspected everything when delivered but this only you can find out when the plumber install it. Spent more than £30k every year and they don't know how to look after the customer.

Will update if issues are resolved but so far not impressed at all with this catering supplies business. At this time I recommend avoiding. Wrong items sent, faulty and dirty products being sold as new and incorrect product information being advised.

Stay away. Will sell you faulty products and then when you complain will get the product picked up but will deduct the delivery fee from the price when giving the money back. So you will have no product and will pay for delivery. Adam the guy who will be the source of contact will then stop replying to emails if you ask your money back. BE AWARE they are fraudsters.
