Not great. They certainly do not offer to help and they are very rude. They prefer to watch you and then admonish you publicly if it’s incorrect.

Pick a quiet time and everything is easy. Pick a busy time and it's torture! Staff are very helpful.

Why do they not allow you to walk and drop off … only after 4pm on a weekday.!! Some of us have to work and do not want to queue and drive to throw away rubbish at the weekend .When walking helps the environment and is a lot more convenient….!!! Worlds going mad 😠

Found it very difficult to climb stairs, would be nice if you are struggling for staff to lend a hand instead of walking away, especially when you are 70 years old .

Had to queue for 30 mins because we were waiting for the staff to empty the containers, why can't they put a sign out to say is closed for some time. If I knew I would have come back. The queue of cars is creating traffic on the road as well.
