I have to leave one star I’m afraid as I had high hopes on this company, they’re very quick to take your money and sell you a machine and also very quick to deliver the machine but I’ve recently had two faults with my machine both of which caused me tremendous amount of bother coupled today with the second fault where the machine door was able to open up with water over the seal line and water came flooding out, i report this to them I didn’t felt like they didn’t believed me and wanted to see a video of it happening which I really didn’t want to do but either that or being faced with being called a liar I put some clothes down and continued with the wash cycle and opened. up the door only to have a lot of water and bubbles come flooding out again I’ve since had no response from them as I feel I’m being passed from pillar to post with them telling me that the problem is a whole number of other issues other than a faulty machine I feel like one of the previous ladies who had had problems with them that the only way to now get a satisfactory response or an outcome is to go down the legal route, I will see what tomorrow brings

I'll be honest here. Sometimes I have a great experience with Cater-Kwik, and other times I don't. A recent experience of an item going missing and not being believed has made me doubt how good the service is I'm afraid. I was first told we will send another out, no questions asked, but then when I chased for the replacement I was told no, another would not be sent for free until it was investigated. Upon that, I ordered and paid for another one. Which turned up, but the trigger lid had come off and the liquid had leaked everywhere. Not wanting to go through this bad experience again I decided to order the product elsewhere. A real shame, as most of the time I don't have this issue with Cater-Kwik so I felt very let down.

I have been so impressed with the customer service, particularly Alix Freeman . She had been so helpful and patient with me when I got measurements wrong and had to return items . We also had our oven blow up almost literally and needed a new one very very urgently . Alix dealt with Lincat direct and the oven arrived next day !! Brilliant ! I cannot recommend highly enough .thanks , we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our kitchen equipment.

Incredibly dissatisfied with service. I have been using Cater-kwik for upwards of 10 years and never had reason to complain but as soon as I had a faulty machine the service became appalling. Faults were reported from day 5 of ownership (day 3 of use) and constant engineers were sent out to tinker and fiddle with the machine (they all stated that it wasn't working properly) and then finally instead of offer a solution to this very expensive faulty piece of machinery I was sent I was basically told to lump it as I am on a B2B contract and they feel they can. Now in talks with various agencies and probably going to end up in court which is just extra work I really don't need..
