Great apartment/flat for our stay whilst visiting family in Colchester and surrounding areas. Easy to walk into town and travel to and from the area. The apartment was well equipped with for our stay, bedrooms are very spacious comfortable, bathrooms cater for the family with a bath and then a shower in the ensuite, both a good size. Having a first floor flat made it easier for carrying the baby's pram up and down. The car park was really convenient and enough room to park, unpack and get the baby in/out. Lovely views from all windows, and whilst its located on a main road it's very quiet so you arent disturbed by noisy traffic. We will definitely look to stay again when visiting family in colchester.

The floor is dirty and has crumbs everywhere from the previous tenant and hair on the carpet in the living room. The heating didn't turn on. The water was lukewarm.. the windows are noisy. The apartment was not handed over in a good livable condition. Overall not worth the money. (Original) Leider entspricht die Wohnung 23 nicht den Fotos und den Bewertungen aus der Webseite. Die Wohnung ist ungepflegt und hat Flecken auf dem Fussboden mit eingebrannten Fleck durch das Bügeleisen im Wohnzimmer. Der Fussboden ist dreckig und hat überall Krümel vom Vormieter und Haare auf dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Die Heizung ging nicht an. Das Wasser war lauwarm.. die Fenster sind hellhörig.Die wohnung wurde nicht in einen guten bewohnbaren Zustand übergeben Insgesamt nicht das Geld wert.

We rented this, 3/4 mile from our Daughters house, over the Christmas period. Lovely & roomy. Double bed with en-suite shower room, twin room & family bathroom. Kitchen had everything we would have needed to cook in, lounge & dining area were lovely & spacious. 2 cars, one In designated spot & the other on the road but no restrictions Perfect & will book again
