Excellent service and communication from Catalyst, following their instruction by our Insurer to investigate / rectify water main (service line) leak. They were very quick to make contact, and arrange attendance by contractor, keeping us updated throughout. It was also comforting and reassuring to have an appointed claims handler (Daniel Turnbull), thus making it unnecessary to have to speak to different people. Dan was on the ball throughout!

Absolute joke this company! Originally reported an issue back in September, problem was fixed after 3 months, now I’m back to the start as my underground pipe has burst again, contacted them back on 17th March & im still waiting for help after constantly contacting them! I have a water leak under ground & trying to get someone to help is it exhausting, you should hold your head in shame!!

Two years into a clam and catalyst and Davies group are an absolute joke. Two loss adjusters later and agreeing with financial ombudsman that they miss handled my claim were still made to jump through hoops to put an end to this experience and would advice anyone to check with there insurance if catalyst deals with there claims and if so I would personally stay well clear as in my experience they will do anything not to settle a claim and try to dismiss any claim made by any means . Personally I think they should be struck off as a company dealing with insurance claims.
