This company were very pleasant to deal with until my hot tub had an issue, then the whole team from the management down to the fitter became solely focused on extracting as much money and making my life as difficult as they possibly could where this matter was concerned, they showed themselves as dishonest and unwilling to take on board any of the reasons why I was reluctant to pay in excess of £200 for a repair that the fitter informed me would solve the problem and it didn't, I solved the issue myself after advice from the very happy and lovely team at Happy Hot Tubs who have now supplied me with much better model than the Catalina spa one ever was. Catalina spas withheld and refused to deliver a cover that I had paid £425 for last September until I paid the final invoice of £63 which I had disputed with good reason despite them knowing that the hot tub is a crucial part of my business. They also threatened that they would come to my property and remove the capacitor they had fitted unnecessarily. My advice - don't touch this company, if you want a hot tub with good customer service and back up go anywhere else but here.

Spent 9 hours driving to go and wet test a SwimSpa. At first we were told it had a ten year guarantee, then it was a five with increasing payments each year, then when we had got to the place to wet test, we were told it was two to three years because of commercial use (even though the company knew what it was going to used for before our long drive). After the visit we were unsure what we thought so emailed across some questions to have the answers clearly on an email response.... No reply. It was quite disappointing as we’d booked time off work and spent a whole day driving which was a complete waste of time. I’d advise getting all your questions answered fully and clearly before going to visit. We are now going to spend a bit more and go for the higher quality Hydropool SwimSpa.
