Francesc cooked for a dinner party we had and stepped in at the last minute. He was fantastic! His paella is to die for and the baked cheesecake was the best I've ever tasted!! What a great experience, not the first time I’ve used a personal catering experience but the most memorable. Superb quality ingredients, very interesting cuisine, (Catalan dishes are completely new to me). My chef, Fran, was very knowledgable on the ingredients and techniques, great wine knowledge was a bonus! My guests were enthralled!
