Charlie is the cat whisperer 😻 Our 2 year old cat is very timid, and has become stressed when we have taken her to a cattery, she wouldn't eat, and would hide. So we thought we would give Charlie a go, all I can say is it was the right decision and has been wonderful. We have recieved daily videos of our cat looking relaxed, and happy. Nelly is usually wary of strangers, but she has been enjoying lots of affection from Charlie, they have bonded. We will not hesitate to use Charlie again next time we go away. I contacted Charlie after a colleague recommended her to look after our cats while we were away. We arranged for her to collect the house keys and meet the cats the week before and she arrived on time and gave us every confidence that she would do a great job for the few days we were away. She sent photos and videos each day so we knew everyone was being looked after and she didn’t mind looking after the tortoise as well as the cats! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and we will definitely be asking her to look after everyone next time we’re away.

We booked Charlie to look after our cat Sam having seen the very many happy looking cats on her Instagram feed and as we felt very comfortable inviting her into our home to care for Sam following her friendly, informative and easy booking information. Charlie came to visit Sam before looking after him to find out what he needed and she was brilliant with him, he immediately seemed comfortable with her as were we. Her calm and organised manner meant we felt vey comfortable leaving her in charge and Sam seemed very relaxed and well cared for in her daily videos she sent to us and when we got home. We would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone seeking reliable and caring pet care .
