Absolutely thrilled with our cat enclosure. It was custom built to fit under our existing patio cover and is absolutely beautiful. Feels more like being in a conservatory than a cage which I was a little worried about. The quality is excellent and the service was outstanding from first enquiry to installation. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Cat Run UK do not reply to anything either email or phone Ive been waiting over 2 months one email only stated delivery and erecting today 12th July - unsurprisingly they are a no show and phone goes to answer machine and emails un responded to. Don’t waste your time like I have with this unprofessional company they are really poor don’t even deserve one star rate tbh

update to reply - yes there was an order (below) but its too late now. Order #13 Pending £470.00 Apr 29 2018 01:50 PM We placed an order with catrun in April and was aware of some lead time on orders after first having contact with the company but now in August and after no communication for months the phone number just rings out and any answerphone messages are not returned and no reply to emails I've gone elsewhere to get a catrun
