The experience is completely bad. My order was delayed longer than it was stated when I bought 4 radiators. This was never reported, I only found out because I called the company for another reason. This is why I left a comment about this situation, and I believe this is my right as a costumer. An unhinged Jackie was the person who contacted me to complain about my review and she canceled my two orders because she didn't like how I described my bad experience with them. And of top of that I waited six weeks for an order that never arrived and caused extra expenses on my side because I had to change all the installations. She was the one who blackmailed me when she cancelled my two orders because she couldn't cope with the freedom of expression. I accepted that the second order was canceled but I kindly asked her to keep the first order that was supposed to be delivered because I have waited almost two moths for it and otherwise I'd have to review that order as well. This woman is really bad emotionally. Everything she says sounds like a bad copy of a Charles Dickens story. The story about the donation is very obvious and ridiculous. She donated the radiators to poor Oliver Twist, but my money has not yet been refunded. The only good thing about this story is that I have contacted another company "Paladin" and with great customer service and I will have my radiators in two weeks, with Farrow and Ball paint and the same accessories as them. If you are here for those accessories, other suppliers can get them and save yourself time and madness. My comments on google are naturally negative to warn new consumers of this horrible service and has nothing to do with asking for discounts, so please moderate your comments about me because they could lead to a lawsuit for injuries.

Complete bad service. 3 months to deliver even the smallest thing. I wonder if their products will come from China because it can't take that long, they only have a few models, and they take 3 months to paint, then you have to wait for them to contact you to deliver. Also, they tell me they take 2 whole weeks off at the end of the year. In a year that we were on hiatus completely, they take two more weeks. I would never recommend them.
