Do not use. Sent faulty goods at value of nearly £200. Advised and returned, refused refund and advised they had been re-checked, basically repackaged same rubbish. Stay clear if you’re looking for quality items backed up by honest customer service.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER. One item still not been sent out after 10 days with no communication so I cancelled. They refused to refund another item because the polystyrene packaging was damaged. How are you supposed to get the item out of the box without damaging the packaging. I can see other customers have similar compliants. This is not a legitimate company. Save yourself time and hassle and order from somewhere else.

Ordered Lights for a client and told them we needed by a set date, no problem they said, still waiting and the customer going crazy, despite having paid for them. Every time we chase we are told they will be with us today and to you tomorrow, then the next day, then the next, and the next ..........NEVER AGAIN !

I returned light packed it with blow up bubble wrap top bottom front sides underneath as I got it. It wasn't even finger print on it , returned it nearest DHL shop which told me not sure where store it as large light box. My advice ever return item take a photo of it and one when wrapped too as I've just been told scratches on the base which had to happen from the shop to them. Now no refund 😑
