Parents left shaken and insulted by this very rude business owner. 82 and 85 year olds just calling to get one of their vast collection of clocks looked at called and was asked to call back after 4 which they did twice. Eventually the business owner took the call on the third attempt told mother she was rude and harassing him when all she wanted was to get the clock repairer booked in to attend. With a collection of over 50-60 antique clocks that will at no doubt all need some work this person has probably cost himself a lot of business as parents are new to the area and looking for and good horologist to maintain the collection

Initial phonecall resulted in being asked to phone back tomorrow, did at an agreed time and was told I was rude and this was harassment. So don’t bother phoning up - Business taken elsewhere AVIOD 82 year old shaken up by the rudeness of this person. Had to give one star to post review but definitely the rudest person I have spoken to in a long while - only wanted a quote! Feedback below ridiculous this was a time you asked to call after the first phone call. Disgusting way that was spoken to 82 year olds AVOID
