Didn't get served! Walked out after the lady behind the counter started processing multiple parcels! Nearly made me late for other appointment.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed to send something to China which I thought would be hard work. They made it so easy. Thanks 👍

Some of the staff are rude and unhelpful, prefer talking to colleagues instead of serving. As a severely sight impaired person and a white cane user, being told to "read the leaflet" was rude, and ablist. Very dissppointed in this level of discrimunation from a post office

Went for a driving license renewal in June 2022. I had no letter from DVLA but all you need is your old photo driving license. The lady who looked after me was excellent and the process was all done on a tablet/Ipad including the taking of a new photo. The process is painless although a little slow but this is purely the speed on the Ipad and the DVLA connection site. The overall service for me was great. You can do this process online yourself but you need a valid passport which I don't have. The new license came in 5 days.

The post office promote the no fuss digital passport renewal service for a price of £16 in addition to the £75 passport fee. You state "WE "will fill out the forms.. WE will check it, WE will take your photo... basically do it all for me! I thought that sounds good.... However....not true..!! Went to the post office with old passport in hand. Cashier directs ME to a photo booth in the corner, where she informs ME i need £6 pounds for the photo booth, ( you need pound coins) then "I" could come back and "I"could fill out the application forms on a tablet.. Then "I" could send the form from the post office digitally.. so basically It would have cost £22 not £16 as advertised... and "I" would have the privilege of paying "you" post office for doing absolutely nothing... I left and did it myself.. You should not really promote a service that doesn't do as advertised.
