We have used Castleford Domestic Appliances before, and always had great service, so when our dishwasher broke, we immediately turned to them for help. Adam came to look the next day, was very professional and helpful, diagnosed the issue, and recommended a replacement item given the dishwasher was unrepairable. A week later both Adam and James came to fit, did an excellent job, cleaned up and left us with a lovely new dishwasher with a 5 year guarantee. The office team were also very helpful, and Communicated with us along the way. I would highly recommend for their service.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! After making a swift and accurate appraisal of a sudden issue we had with our washer, the team knew immediately how to rectify the problem at hand. Without hesitation they made time in their busy schedule to come out to make the part replacement, working collectively with ease and cooperation. Despite the dog barking crazily throughout, James and Adam remained focussed, polite and friendly… even Mable would welcome them back again! The most courteous, high-quality service delivered with the utmost precision and professionalism. Before leaving, the team made sure the appliance was perfectly aligned with the neighbouring cupboards, serving as a testament to their meticulous attention to detail. Not a trace was left behind; the kitchen looked as if they were never even there! Most importantly, incredible value for money - will most certainly be using their services again in the future! My concerns were fully addressed in a polite and courteous fashion by the office staff. The machine was delivered and fitted within a few days by James and Adam who were both very friendly, polite and professional. it was a pleasure to deal with real people as opposed to computer software.
