It’s truly a rewarding job at Castlecroft, caring for lovely residents alongside my colleagues who go above and beyond. We are all one big family❤️

I have worked at castlecroft for 6 years and it is a really nice place/environment to work in, teamwork is like nothing else, I love our residents and staff so much I wouldn’t be anywhere else it’s like one big large family, the manager Sharon has done more for me then expected she goes above and beyond for both residents and her staff, truly wonderful caring lady and a happy atmosphere to be in!
