doctors always being great dr roberts - hussain other nurse etc looked after me waiting for a telephone consiltation booked 2pm my method of contact mobile as my landline is not used now i run a business do not sit by the phones doctor phones at 12-45 pm im not by by ipads with my medical infos tried to phones after 1pm 5 calls 1/2 hours no joy reception staff need better training i works for myself no loads of staff working for us get every client gets expecinal service so why can they not do it we can failings on the nhs system

The administration at this practice is poor at best and incompetent at worst! The Practice Manager couldn't even get the paperwork sorted properly concerning the death of my mother-in-law, causing us a wasted journey to register her death. This has caused further grief and sadness to the family of the deceased.
