    One star is to much ,appalling customer service they do not answer there secure messages they do not reply to emails and forget about phoning unless you have hours to spare. Do not waste your time, bank somewhere else.

    Been using Castle Trust over 5 years. I was cautious at first because they weren't a bank. Recently they have obtained that status plus they are registered with the FSA/FCA (whatever they are calling themselves today). By and large the customer service has been good.
