We recently brought our car from Castle Motors. We honestly cannot fault the kindness and pure helpfulness from Richard. From the second we stepped foot into the showroom he was poilte, friendly and we felt at ease straight away. Buying a new car can be stressful but Richard took that stress away from it. It was actually nice to go into a car dealership and not be forced to say yes or no. Richard gave us time (we didn't need time we loved the car) but even so he gave us time to go home think about it. After searching for a while for an XC90 we decided to buy from Castle Motors... I couldn't reccomend them more highly! The sale was very easy and I didnt feel pressured at all (which is a nice change). They are a family owned business and you feel it. Though where you really see the test of a company is not in the price (which was fair), but if something goes slightly wrong... After a couple of weeks, the car we purchased showed a warning light, we got in touch with Richard and one of the team immediately drove to pick up the car, leave a courtesy car, and repair. It was painless and efficient. They also self insure which shows they have enough confidence in the due diligence that they perform when sourcing the vehicles to bear the cost if something goes wrong. All in all, very impressed and will definitely purchase from Castle Motors again.

We picked up an our new car 5 days later fully serviced and MOT’d. I will certainly be returning and would hesitate to recommend Castle Motors.

We visited Castle motors a few weeks ago to look at some cars that had caught our eye. We were left to our own devices which was really nice as we felt comfortable & under no sales pressure. We met Keith who came across really nice & in no way pushy. He was very informative & a real nice guy to talk to - & at no time putting any pressure on us. We went away to discuss things & decided what we had looked at was not for us. Doing a further search on different cars that week Castle motors came up again showing they had a Mazda CX 5 of which I had decided I'd really like to look at. We met Keith again that weekend & he showed us the Mazda - it was everything we wanted. Again he was very informative about the car & again not pushy - it was totally my choice & never once did I feel under pressure . We shook hands & arranged to collect on the Monday. Monday came & Richard called me to say he wasn't happy for the car to go out that day as he wanted to replace two front tyres, renew the back brakes & discs & renew one of the door mirrors as he felt the car was below their standards unless this was done. I collected the car on Wednesday & was welcomed with a warm greeting from Jason. We done the necessary paperwork & i drove our new car away. What a great bunch of guys / company to deal with. Very conscientious & thorough. I would 100 % recommend this company & they will be my first port of call in the future when I want a new car. Thanks guys.
