I bought a single piece of 4mm glass for a new garage window. I'm not a tradesman , its just one off project. The price was very good, they cut the glass and very kindly brought it out to my car but unfortunately it would not fit through the boot opening. So they delivered it for free within an hour. Service above and beyond . Cant speak more highly for them.

Terrible. Avoid. Took ages & leaked. We had 2 bits of glazing replaced. Initially they had the wrong size come in and we had to wait a month for them to have their first attempt fitting the glazing. At this stage, after removing our original glazing, they realised they'd ordered the wrong size & we had to wait a few weeks again for them to re-order. Next attempt - after removing the glass again they then told me they'd been sent the wrong size glazing. Next attempt - after a few more weeks they finally managed to fit the unit...but they didn't seal it with silicone and after a bit of rain I came home to a drenched kitchen (see video). Communication was poor throughout. I think it took about 5 visits and I'm not yet sure the window it watertight. It's taken over 3 months to install 2 bits of glass. As a few minor points they mildly damaged the wooden frame (I guess to be expected though) but also the window sill. And we'll have to redo the paintwork on the window board and wall around the window. Services: Window repair, Glass installation

Great service , had a large order of safety glass for a job I was doing locally, glass was delivered on time unfortunately a couple of special shaped pieces were a slightly wrong size, no problem they took them away and re-cut them and bought them back within an hour, meaning IO could finish my job on time , would definitely use for my glass again. thanks Ian Wallaces Property Maintenance
