Absolute jokes these people and the manager is a clown! Gave them the measurements! Told us exactly how many tiles we need at £70 per box. 2 boxes too many and won’t give a refund. Never will I use them again and never would I recommend. I’ll be sure to spread the world. Glad I have a job where I see loads of different people a day. STAY AWAY!!!!!! There don’t deserve one star.

Massive selection of tiles. Having done a few tiling jobs before as a DIYer I embarked upon fully tiling a bathroom. I’d used porcelain tiles for the first time. Staff advice was first class. Calculated all materials that I needed. I’d underestimated the amount of tiles due to cutting. I weren’t aware that certain adhesives had to be used with certain tiles. Advice given even down to cutting and drilling.The guy on the counter knows his stuff. Will be using again shortly for some floor tiles. Definitely recommend👍👍👍👍👍

dreadful patronising attitude from the staff, asked a question and was told I wouldn’t understand the answer, probably didn’t know the answer himself, returned some unwanted materials and was charged 10% “re-stocking” fee of £20, will be staying well clear of this place for sure, much better experiences at other places

One of the least hassle things of doing our house was dealing with Castle Ceramics. We needed tiles quickly as the tiler had an availability. We had the first lot for the kitchen in November which was done. Lockdown Jan got the job put on hold and the tiler said he could do the bathroom next week. Called Castle Monday and they have delivered the tiles and adhesive tonight at 7.30pm! Thank you!

Quality of the tiles is very good, however when coming to return 2 packs, I didn’t have my paper receipt but did have proof of purchase on my bank, they rudely refused my return, and was very arrogant, once returning with my paper receipt, I did advise I would be writing a review, for then the owner to argue with me aggressively! Would never shop there again!!
