Phoned this place several times recently only to be greeted with an answering machine. Left a message as the recorded message suggested,was told they would be in touch in the evening..I'm still waiting!! Doesn't put any faith in actually using the place if they can't be bothered to answer the phone or phone people back.

Recently looking for caravan storage and told by folk at adjacent property that a considerable number of caravans had been taken from here. As a fully paid up member of the twin axle club (good job I never rang lol) I decided to take my business somewhere with better security and where somebody actually lives on site! I don't think the issue of room for twin axles is really valid as some big single axles are nearly same size, it's because twin axles are more appealing to being taken to be lived in or sold as they generally have values £25 to £35K new?

Well I had called and left a message earlier today and was called back by a very polite lady, I enquired about the security and storage facilities and in return, she asked how big our van was. I had hardly said that she was a twin axle and she cut me off very abruptly "we don't have twin axles, right ho, goodbye" and disconnected the call. I accept that maybe you don't have twin axles, that's your prerogative, it's your facility but your customer service manners and phone etiquette are an absolute disgrace. Take that from someone who works in customer services and gets a 10/10 on every survey sent out to my callers. There's a way of explaining things and that is not it. 0/10 for you I'm afraid. Very rude and no manners at all. I'm actually rather upset about the manner in which I was spoken to. To be fair she sounded like she'd just jumped out of a famous five book and maybe she had run out of ginger beer. Right ho, I'm off to find another storage facility, very good, what?

My caravan was stolen from this site 2015 then I found out another 2 caravans had been taken so in a period of 14 months 3 caravans have been stolen owner refused to change the locks.
