was advised by 111 to go to this practice for an inner and outer ear infection . They segregated me from the actual waiting room as i told them i have anxiety and cant wear face mask. They then tried to coerce me into wearing 1 , i did not want to so clinician luke richardson refused me treament. Which im sure is a breach of duty of care to the public . and obviously coercion is an offence.

My mom was advised by her surgery to go there to see a doctor. She wasn't told it was on the 1st floor and no lift. My mom can't climb stairs. The doctor that saw her was nice but she had a consultation in the front entrance hall. Not professional and no confidentiality.

Very poor experience, both the triage and actual assessment was very poor. When I questioned some elements during my assessment the nurse didn’t take it very well. In addition I can confirm the visit was a waste of my time the nurse did not give me a care plan or even try to diagnose my symptoms which is the whole point of visiting this place so one can get help. In addition I’m afraid this place is run by a nurse Deborah or Debbie and not a GP and sadly there is a clear discrepancy in care services they both provide and I would recommend another clinic to seek help from .

Really poor. I have been seen by someone that was rude I have lost my auditions and could not hear a things explain that I was allergic to penicillin and told me I should take some like what’s wrong ?! I am allergic i CAN NOT take penicillin… a now been sent to hospital by my gp because he failed to see the real problem. Won’t never return in this clinic ! I never leave a review but I feel like I have to! You all need to avoid this place you better of going A&E !

Not very professional reception staff very rude and talk down at you Long wait time they make you sit face a window and away from the reception desk They state mask should be worn but the reception team does not or some of the staff walk around the building with out this place could do with some staff training abousley horrible experience

This clinic is awful and unprofessional, receptionist is rude, cut off my phonecall regarding a mistake this clinic made on my newborn baby’s prescription which made it so we could not obtain his medication and not one apology, lack of patient care, lack of bedside manner, extremely rude and didn’t offer so much as an apology for disconnecting a phonecall in regard to newborn baby’s prescription. When asked who I could complain to, the receptionist didn’t know if the clinic was part of the NHS??? Uneducated, rude and in the wrong profession. Dr Sinha was very kind though and treated my baby accordingly.

Worst surgery anyone can come across. 😡receptionist are extremely rude and when asked for their name they refuse to give their names and then the Doctor doesn’t even check my baby and suggests we should just go to hospital. Wasted a whole day in hospital to be told baby just needs paracetamol 🤬
