Very crowded, dealers weren't professional at all, they made 2 £35 mistakes and told me not to bet before the spin, rather than call bet. Call bets are part of roulette!

Having been to a few Genting casinos, I was looking forward to my trip here. On arrival, I was greeted by a young, smiling lady (Saska) who welcomed me to Genting Casino, and after checking my membership and a quick joke of winning millions I was inside. This casino is a good size (ground floor) with a few tables to your left and a good selection of slot machines over to your right. I was then greeted by another happy, friendly Genting casino employee (neil) he was according to his snazzy t-shirt, the slot host, and I can see why. He was friendly, polite, down to earth, and able to have a joke/banter. He made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. He very kindly took my order for drinks, as I was mid feature game. During my visit, I spoke to both Neil and saska more, and I have to say lovely people to have met. They both made my visit to this casino worthwhile and a great trip compared to other Genting casino!
