If your looking to get served fast and be in and out your mistaken. This is the 3rd time. I've been in here. They seem to always only have one member of staff and the wait is ridiculous. If they played a film whilst your waiting I think I would of watched the film Ben hur in the time I've spent waiting. This is a major problem that needs addressing as it's poor management.

I Purchased today. A laptop that's been sitting on cash shop window for a while now. It was priced at £249.00. Hewlard Packard HP - 15S-EQ1542SA Model. Today I Decided to take a look if it was still there. Yes it was. The Condition was very good. Original price when it came out about 2 years ago was around £350 to £389 Mark. Great Service from Salem whom I asked if she could do better on the price. Salem came back and confirmed £200. Great price of this quality laptop. So I snapped it up straight away. Thank you Salem. Great shop to find good bargains from now and then.

I have been buying things from this shop but when anything wrong with the item you buy for example laptop they don’t want to give refund and if they give refund they block you so you can’t buy anything from them in future just let new customers know it’s happened to me be careful guys with them if you buying expensive items they not giving good service after selling . I haven’t use my laptop hardly they Said to me because you bring laptop at last minutes we block you to buy anything more from us. I m disgusted in the customer service I got. They dont even deserve the one star !!! Worst customer service in Peterborough !!!! They all soo moody and miserable !!! Danius needs re-training what is good customer service absolutly discusting behaviur and unprofesional this type of person should not be the face of a business !!! Will not go there again and wont let anyone use their services that I know!!! Managment really bad aswell that they allow him to represent their business. Now I know why there are no customers in their shop !!!!
