    Bought a Nintendo Switch for someone yesterday, cost m £200- they didn’t want the specific model as it was a crummy Fortnite model and they don’t like Fortnite. Went back today to get a refund, included all the components and even the receipt, got told they would only pay upto £130 even though it was unused. Later realised one of the joy-cons was very loose and scratched along the edge. Terrible customer service, and a rip-off for damaged goods to boot. Won’t be using this store again.

    Came in to the shop today to pawn some of my old musical instruments and equipment. Staff were very friendly, talkative and engaging. Staff member West who served me knew his stuff about instruments and gear and gave me good prices for my old stuff. More than I expected. Very polite gentleman. Top bloke.

    Bought a ps4 slim had a few minor issues with it that they couldnt encounter when checking it unfortunately, however staf members west and Leoni were really helpfull and offered me a exchange or a upgrade to ps4 pro and and i took the deal.
