Very rude service, would recommend location in heathrow or another shop entirely. I was the only customer and four men stared at me, no one offered to help. I asked for help and was treated like scum, like they were doing me a favor allowing me to shop there. No offers for alternative luggage when the piece I wanted wasn’t there, and when I decided to buy the bigger piece, I was told there was a delivery charge to my hotel even though the signs say free delivery, because my chosen suitcase was not expensive enough. It took a long time and the level of derision and poor service made me decide to leave. I went to a nearby shop and had excellent service and spent more money even, because that’s what happens sometimes if you are nice and helpful to customers and help them find bags to meet their needs.
