Tried multiple times to have a look at our pool site. Agreed to appointment, which Lynne missed. Called the next day to find out if all was ok to be told I was wrong, despite having her email in front of me. Rearranged, only for her to cancel evening before. What a waste of time. I could be 6-8 weeks into this process with a reliable company. At least she emailed this time! 🤦🏻♀️
