Really helpful and friendly staff. You now need to book your slot, we chose 2.30pm on a Saturday, and you get half an hour to do what you need. No queue to get in just arrive and park, reverse park that is. If you need anything household wise and are on a budget take a look at the sales shed, loads of China and rugs this time. Often we pick up glasses and furniture for one of our shows at the Plaza Theatre. Clean and as safe as it can be, not quite a pleasure yo visit but then I have never enjoyed these trips, but the place and staff make if as good as it can be!

Booking does not suit everyone. Please revert to pr-covid and let us just turn up. There was never any problem at all. I have to travel to First Ave, Southampton to avoid booking, but this is my local tip. It's unfair and booking is inconvenient for me.

Not having used a recycling centre of late, we were expecting to have issues. Not so! Booking was simple, the site was brilliantly organised and clean. All staff were very friendly, helpful and ready to assist. A great experience and thanks to any and all concerned! A real credit to Test Valley and providing an extremely important service for us all.
