We ordered all of the food in the menu. So I got a taste of nearly everything. The prawns were definitely the highlight for the table. The service was a mess. As soon as we pointed out the problems to the floor manager, we were able to get quick resolution. But we Sat for 45m with empty water pitchers and all food dishes empty, yet waiting for more food. The floor manager was excellent in resolving the situation.

Had my birthday dinner at Casa do Frango last weekend, and me and my friends had a great time! I wish there were more options for vegetarians and maybe more variety of mains, but overall the food was okay, hence why only 4 ⭐️ But the service was great and I just wanna say a big thank you again to our server Marianna, who even got us some shots and made my day! You’re brilliant girl! Thanks a lot for making us feel welcome! I hope they give you a raise 🤣

I stopped by as the restaurant I was planning it was closed. It was a great surprise. The restaurant has a very vivid colour decor. The menu is simple the Portuguese Piri piri chicken for main and then you choose your sides or starters. We got a portion of crocquetas, cod cakes (they were perfect), the african rice, the rice was amazing. The taste and flavours of it were incredible. I couldn’t stop eating so amazing it was. The piripiri chicken was tender and full of flavour (a bit spicy for me). Dessert we got the mango mousse and the torta de bolacha Maria (this is super traditional in Brazil as well and it tastes like home). Definitely I will come back. And the best it is the price all this for £72 (including drinks)

Food and vibe is lovely, but extremely slow service. This was my second visit and it was similar experience the first time. Took 30 minutes after seating to have order taken (wasn’t offered water/drinks either. Eventually one of us had to literally walk up to bring a waiter to our table) Had to ask for water 3 times. When we tried to signal someone to our table, they would give us an annoyed look and say they’ll come back / send someone else which then mostly didn’t happen. Service was still slow later in the night when half the tables were empty. It seemed like the inner seating area was slightly better taken care of, but the outer one near the bar had no waiters around most of the time. (And the bartenders clearly see you waving but still won’t help to get them when waiters are standing at the bar with their back against the tables) Probably wouldn’t come back to this branch despite the location and go back to the Shoreditch one.

Worst service, waited 10 mins for table, 25 mins to take order. Food come around 10-12 mins for starter (chips & bread). Main (peri peri chicken) takes 28 mins from order time to come out. Literally feeling fainted and blood pressure dropped from waiting for the food. Not enough staffs, staffs overworked, ran across 2 rooms. Staffs seems stressed out. Owner need to fix this asap. Also food is average, not as good as the one in London Bridge and Shoreditch.
