My advice to you the next victim is, "just know where to buy before your BP shoots up trying to fix inherent defects exhibiting soon after purchase. Before setting on my 1hr journey to go pay and pick up my car, i was told the car had service history yet there was not even a single paperwork as it was brought from the auction not from promulgated part/exchange on autotrader. When.i got there the following day as agreed, I heard he's on holiday. I'm not dumb, he new he lied and then passed on the sale to his employer who is also the same as the owner. I took the car out of desperation as I need it for work, and on condition that if anything happens I would have it fixed in my locality. Before I got home, it started raining and had to slow down to 50miles per hour for road safety, as the wipers were terribly worn out. I also picked up that the steering wheel was so stiff and ge argued making a fool out of me that BMW steering wheels are stiff. Each time I tried to express myself, yhey would talk over me, shouting, "im.not your wife...., i have 1 boss." There was advice from the nearest mechanic to attend to the identified defects, otherwise the fault would damage 3 described parts, but still his employee described the mechanic as wanting money too much, until the car jerked on M1 and management lights popping up 1 after another, totalling 6 including auto gear transmission, 4x4, battery etc. The car could not change gears whilst driving and the steering wheel became stiffer. Luckily I had motorway recovery and was taken back to their yard where I bought it from. They refused to refund my part or full tank of diesel in that car. I had untold experience with these guys and doubt if positive ratings here are from genuine customers.

10/10 would definitely recommend, amazing customer service even with a first time driver such as myself. Mateen offered a lot of advice on what to look for and what to avoid when looking for cars (something he didn’t have to tell me, which I think speaks to his honest character). As someone who is very sceptical of people and trusting new people, I would definitely say that the people at Carwayss are people of their word and 100% trust worthy. During the process of looking at and buying the car, Mateen pointed out any imperfections on the car (which are of course going to be there due to the age of the car and the scratches were only tiny). And talked me through any work that had been done to the car. When I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me to view it. Me and my sister took the car for a test drive and the car drove exceptionally smooth. Whilst buying the car, Mateen adviced me on what things were and what different terminology meant (as I am new to Cars). As well as this, due to being a first time driver, I wasn’t confident in driving myself home in the car (as my sister had come in her own car and I would be on my own). Mateen offered to deliver the car to my house the following day (which was a Bank Holiday), without any additional charges as long as I provided him with a way to get back. As well as giving me advice on how to not ware out my clutch when driving (which I really appreciated). After buying the car I noticed a slight problem and after messaging Mateen he advised me to return the car and he would take it to get it sorted, which I did and he did. Throughout the process of the car being fixed, I was given daily updates on what was happening with the car and upon my arrival to collect my car, again the car was there and ready for me to drive it out. I then went into the office where Mateen explained in detail what was wrong and what was fixed and how to avoid the problem from occurring again. As well as offering advice in the future if I need advice on what garages are good to take my car to (despite me being a nightmare stress-head LOL). Over all, I am very pleased with my experience at Carwayss and would definitely recommend the company to any first time or experienced car buyers. The customer service is impeccable and they are very honest every step of the way (even after payment).
