What a barrister Mr carvill is. Peter has been soo supportive, even when could not attend the first 2 hearings he replaced it with excellent barristers. At my first meeting, I was assured by Lucie Allen that she would be dedicated to my case of me trying to get my son back. Who was not only very incompetent, I'm also certain it was her intention to drag things out with my ex partners solicitor at a premium. After 3 months and £5k later, all this firm have done for me is apply to court for (which I couldve paid £350 and done myself) and Lucie Allen no longer working for the firm. I was uneasy about proceeding with this firm after how useless they'd been, but I had a meeting with Peter Calvill who assured me they are 100% dedicated to my case. After these reassurances I was positive after our meeting. Two months later (one month before my first court date), Peter gets his PA to call me and say that he can't make the first date (a.k.a something more lucrative for him came up) - not a second thought for me or my child which I'm fighting to gain access to. If you're looking for a family law solicitor, do not use this firm. I'll be taking this a lot further than a Google review to make sure nobody uses your company for a family law solicitor ever again! They seem to lack a moral compass. Absolutely useless firm and have set me right back in Child Arrangement proceedings. Do not use this firm!!
