Went to collect my order from the store on 7/12/2022 part of the order was a birthday present, having opened my whole order today I find two items are missing!!!!! Immediately contacted the store and was made to feel as I have stolen both items and was disrespected and felt very insulted! No resolution as of yet and still no items! Had to show my friend what I ordered her via an image! Who would have thought a manager at carvela could provide such poor standard of service! Not impressed at all!
