I have an Audi A4 2005 cabriolet and the back window had come unstuck at the top, every other business I contacted told me I’d have to buy a whole new soft top but having the lack of funds to do so at the time I decided to stop by Cartrim and see if they could save it and they were able to! I felt like they went above and beyond to help in any way they could and they regularly kept in touch with me to update me on progress to. Really great customer service, so friendly, informative and very responsive! Having had such a good experience they are the first people I thought of when my roof got stuck half open so I drove straight to them and they saw me straight away and managed to sort out what would’ve been an absolute nightmare in no time.
